We are a team of 60 highly qualified trainers. We Train our Trainers to become e-coaches – a major added value – and give them internal support.

Our trainers make the difference. All projects benefit from a personal follow-up through observation, contacts on a weekly basis and course as well as trainer evaluation.

The contents of the lessons are as important as the follow-up. We work with tailor-made course material, that is rounded out by the trainers during the training, also on the basis of material introduced by the candidates.

We view language trainings as full communication trainings in a foreign language. Course members need to express themselves while making use of a restricted, but indispensable vocabulary within a particular field. This explains why we often prefer to restrict the duration of our training: course members are handed the tools and processes to continue their own learning process.

The learning process does not stop at the end of the course, but can be continued through, for example, e-learning. This allows us to draw up a learning path with guaranteed results.
