Screening

We prefer to screen the candidates prior to any training session. Screening consists mainly of level definition and extensive need analysis, of which you will receive reports.

This intake allows both the company and the course member to develop realistic expectations. In addition to this, the screening moment provides the ideal opportunity to rouse the required commitment from your staff.

Screenings are either arranged on your premises, or, if desired, by telephone. They consist of both an oral and a written part.

We use the screening results to outline an appropriate learning path that we like to discuss with you first. This also allows us to find out your people’s language knowledge and to determine the required language competence for each function/profile.

The level scale used is the Common European Framework of Reference.
