Objectives
This workshop is aimed at language trainers requiring a new approach in line with the changing business environment. The attention focuses primarily on the specific skills required in each current language and communication training.

Target Group
Trainers working with participants from the business community as part of CVOs (Centres for Adult Education), training colleges organised by universities as well as private training. Maximum 8 participants per group.

Methodology
The trainers are trained to introduce simulation-based training with regard to telephoning (in the target language), negotiating and meeting, to build in evaluation moments, to make differentiations, to write e-mails adapted to the culture of the target language. Special attention is paid to correction procedures, animation and variation. There is also room for discussion.

Didactic Material
The participants receive a handbook containing theory and exercises handled during this training session.
